Our After School Program Provides A Fun Environment Where Your Child Can Thrive
Every student in our After School Program trains in Taekwondo every single day. That daily practice is what makes the difference. Students learn to stand up straight, look an instructor in the eye, and follow through on something hard. They build focus that carries into the classroom and confidence that shows up long before they earn their next belt.
The structure holds all of it together. Students know what's expected, they know the routine, and they know the adults in the room are paying attention. Homework time, snacks, and transportation are all part of the day too, but they're not the reason families choose us.

A Day in Our After School Program
Pickup: We pick your child up from school and bring them straight to our Bowman Road location.
Snack and Homework: Light snacks, a chance to unwind, and supervised homework time with instructors nearby.
Daily Taekwondo Class: Every student trains every day. Age-appropriate instruction that builds discipline, coordination, and focus.
Character Development: Instructors work with students on respect, organization, and leadership, on the mat and off it.
Students stay with us until 6:00 PM, so there's no rush on your end.
Transportation from Participating Schools
We provide transportation from participating Little Rock area schools, so you don't have to leave work early or coordinate a mid-afternoon handoff.

- Don Roberts Elementary
Our pickup list is still being finalized for the 2026-2027 school year. If your child's school isn't listed, reach out anyway and we'll let you know if we can add it.
What Taekwondo Builds Over a School Year
Taekwondo rewards effort, consistency, and respect. Students earn every rank they get, and nothing is handed to them. Over the course of a school year, that structure changes how a child carries themselves.
Students in our After School Program develop:
- Confidence that shows up in the classroom, not just on the mat
- Self-discipline and the ability to follow through
- Respect for instructors, classmates, and themselves
- Focus and organization that carry into schoolwork
- Leadership skills, with older students helping guide younger ones
- Teamwork and clear communication
- Nonviolent strategies for handling conflict and bullying
- Healthy habits and a genuine enjoyment of being active
Our nationally certified instructors know these students by name and pay attention to how they're doing, in class and out of it.
Registration is open for the 2026-2027 school year! Spots are limited by transportation capacity, so we recommend registering early.
